Phone and hours
Call (320) 364-4860, Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time. We are closed between noon and 1 p.m. Email reaches us at any hour and is usually faster.
Before you write
We read every message, but we cannot answer every one. If the answer is already on the site we may not reply, so it is worth checking the questions and answers first. When you do write, give us your full name and, if you have applied, say which form you used. That is what lets us find you.
Send a message
The form below is a Google Form. It asks for your email address, your name, a subject, and your message. What you send goes to the foundation, and Google stores it for us. Do not put a password, a payment detail, or a government identification number into it; we never ask for those. Our privacy policy covers what we do with your message.
