These are the policies that govern this website and the scholarship, and which one governs when two of them disagree.
Which policy governs your information
Our own privacy policy governs everything you send us through this website and through the application. It says what we collect, who reads it, and how to reach us about it. Read it first: Privacy policy.
The application portal is operated by Goal Get It!, which administers the application for us. Its policy covers your portal account and the portal itself, and it is secondary to ours. Where the two documents disagree about what we collect or who reads it, our privacy policy is the one that applies.

Code of integrity
The award carries one condition about your own conduct. If you receive the scholarship, you agree to:
- do your own academic work, and credit the work of others;
- describe your record and your circumstances accurately, in the application and after it;
- use the award for your education, which is what it is for.
The application ends with a certification that what you have written is true. If you find that something you told us is no longer accurate, write to us at scholarship@lu-memorial.org and we will correct it. Telling us costs you nothing.
Non-discrimination
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, citizenship or immigration status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
