Emergency information
This website is not an emergency service. Nobody monitors it, and nothing sent to us arrives quickly enough to help in an emergency.
If you are in danger or someone needs urgent help, call your local emergency number. In the United States that is 911. If you are a student, your school or your institution will have its own emergency line and its own safety office, and they are far closer to you than we are.
Who we are, and what that means here
The Lu Memorial Foundation funds the scholarship and sets what it is for. The scholarship is administered through Goal Get It!, which runs the applicant portal and the day-to-day operations on the foundation's behalf.
The foundation has no campus, no residences and no staffed premises. There is nothing here for an emergency notice to be about. If you were sent to this page looking for the safety information of a school or a campus, it is not this one.
Goal Get It! emergency information
Goal Get It! publishes its own emergency procedures and alerts, which cover the portal and its operations.

Reaching us about something else
Questions about an application, a deadline or a document go to scholarship@lu-memorial.org, and we answer them in the order they arrive. Anything else about the foundation goes to contact@lu-memorial.org. Both addresses are read during working hours, which is why neither of them belongs in an emergency.
If a circumstance in your life has changed and it affects an application you have already sent us, tell us at the first address above. It does not have to be an emergency for us to want to know.
The rest of our policies are on the policies page.
